Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management solution, which will give you absolute control over your e-mailbox accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can set up a new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can forward mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, configure email filters, set up autoresponders and shield your e-mail box accounts against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific email mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming emails on the basis of certain rules set by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your email accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Just choose the e-mail box you would like to redirect mail messages from, then select the destination e-mail box and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choice to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you want to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
